30-Day Refund Guarantee
We stand behind our services with a 30-day refund policy for prepaid services that have not yet been rendered.
Our Commitment
At My McLean Dentist PLLC, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that circumstances change, and we want you to feel confident when prepaying for dental services. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds are available.
Eligible Refunds
The following are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of payment:
- Prepaid Services Not Yet Rendered: If you have prepaid for dental services that have not yet been performed, you may request a full refund within 30 days of payment.
- Consultation Fees: If you paid for a consultation and decide not to proceed with treatment, you may request a refund within 30 days.
- Treatment Plan Deposits: Deposits made toward future treatment plans are refundable if treatment has not begun.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have already been performed or partially completed
- Custom dental appliances, crowns, or prosthetics that have been ordered or fabricated
- Laboratory fees for work already completed
- Emergency services that have been rendered
- Diagnostic services such as X-rays or imaging already performed
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Our Office: Call us at (201) 787-8699 or email alexandersadak@mcleandentist.us to initiate your refund request.
- Provide Documentation: Have your receipt or payment confirmation available, along with the date of payment and services prepaid.
- Submit Within 30 Days: Ensure your request is submitted within 30 days of the original payment date.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
Partial Refunds
In cases where treatment has been partially completed, we may offer a partial refund for the portion of services not yet rendered. This will be calculated based on the individual cost of each service within your treatment plan. Our team will work with you to determine a fair resolution.
Insurance Refunds
If your insurance company has paid for services and a refund is due, we will coordinate with your insurance provider to process the appropriate adjustments. Any patient portion already paid will be refunded to you directly, while insurance portions will be refunded to your insurance company.
Cancellation Fees
Please note that this refund policy is separate from our appointment cancellation policy. If you cancel an appointment without adequate notice (less than 24 hours), a cancellation fee may apply. This fee is non-refundable and covers administrative costs and lost appointment time.

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, please contact our office to discuss your concerns. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. If needed, we can arrange a meeting to review your case and work toward a mutually agreeable solution.
